SMS Consent and Opt-Out
By providing your phone number to Desklily, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) regarding appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related communications. To opt out, reply STOP to any message. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
No Medical Advice Disclaimer
Desklily provides administrative support services only. The AI-powered responses, appointment scheduling, and other automated communications do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Patients should always consult with licensed dental professionals for medical guidance and treatment decisions.
Service Description
Desklily offers AI-powered front desk services including missed-call recovery, AI receptionist capabilities, and insurance verification automation. Specific features depend on your selected tier. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice.
Cancellation Policy
All Desklily service tiers may be cancelled at any time. No long-term contracts required. Upon cancellation, service continues until the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable once service implementation has begun.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desklily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, any unauthorized access to our systems, interruption of service, or any bugs or errors in our content.
HIPAA Compliance
Desklily maintains Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with all vendors who may have access to protected health information (PHI) in the course of providing our services. We are committed to maintaining HIPAA compliance in all aspects of our operations.
Messaging Rates
Standard message and data rates apply to all SMS communications sent through Desklily's services. These rates are determined by your mobile carrier and are not controlled by Desklily.
